Chè bột báng thơm mát là món tráng miệng dễ làm luôn được người Malaysia yêu thích. Mùa hè thích hợp cho bạn chế biến món chè mới này cho cả gia đình thưởng thức đấy!
Bột báng rửa sạch rồi đặt trong nồi cùng với 3 lá dứa. Thêm 3 lít nước và đun sôi, khuấy liên tục trong 15 phút.
Tắt bếp, đậy vung lại và để sang một bên khoảng 5 phút. Vớt lá dứa ra và đổ bột báng ra rổ cho ráo nước. Rửa sạch bột báng dưới vòi nước lạnh rồi để ráo nước.
Dùng muỗng xúc bột báng ra các cốc, ly, chén hoặc khuôn hình con vật tùy ý bạn. Sau đó xếp chúng vào ngăn mát tủ lạnh.
Để làm siro đường, cho 200gr đường thốt nốt và 240ml nước vào đun sôi. Thêm lá dứa còn lại vào nếu thích. Sau đó giảm nhiệt, đun nhỏ lửa cho đến khi nước đường sánh lại.
Để thưởng thức, nhẹ nhàng cho bột báng ra chén, rưới siro đường lên, rồi đến nước cốt dừa, thêm vài lát xoài cắt lát nữa nhé!
