Cánh gà sốt coca-cola là một trong những món ăn mà anh xã mình rất mê và mình thường hay làm vào những dịp cuối tuần để anh xã lai rai ngồi uống bia. Cánh gà mềm hòa quyện với sốt coca nước tương gừng tỏi, vô cùng thơm ngon, đậm đà hấp dẫn, đảm bảo ăn là ghiền.
Cánh gà rửa sạch với muối cho hết mùi hôi sau đó chặt thành 2 đoạn và ướp với các gia vị trên, tầm 30 phút cho thấm.
Hành tây bóc vỏ sạch, cắt sợi vừa. Gừng gọt bỏ vỏ sau đó cũng cắt lát mỏng.
Cánh gà sau khi đã ướp đủ thời gian, cho vào chảo chiên vàng 2 mặt rồi vớt ra đĩa.
Vẫn dùng chảo ấy cho thêm chút dầu ăn vào đun nóng và cho tỏi, gừng vào phi cho thơm, cho thêm hành tây vào xào qua sau đó cho cánh gà vào đảo đều rồi cho coca vào rim. Vặn to lửa khi nước coca sôi thì vặn nhỏ lửa rim tiếp đến khi cánh gà chín mềm và rút cạn nước. Thỉnh thoảng trở mặt cánh gà cho có màu vàng đều. Nêm nếm cho vừa ăn.
Bạn múc ra đĩa và trang trí lên vài cọng rau ngò cho anh xã thưởng thức với một cốc bia thì thật tuyệt vời.
