Tiếp tục nhanh tay cho tỏi, ớt băm vào cùng và đảo đều, rang cho tỏi dậy mùi thơm thì cho 1 muỗng canh nước mắm, 1 muỗng cà phê hạt nêm, 1/2 muỗng cà phê bột ngọt, 1/2 muỗng cà phê tiêu rồi đảo đều và nếm lại cho vừa miệng. Rang thêm 1 phút nữa, rắc hành lá lên trên là tắt bếp.
