Trust me, it's an advantage. At least you can get enjoyment out of it and go along with the crowd. Others just sit there and just check off the list with predictable elements, plot holes, one liners and forced character development. Can't see a thing produced for the average consumer...

Nah, that’s a good thing as long as you don’t want to be in the movie industry. Before I started do video work, I was that way then started doing little projects and my critical eye developed. Now I’m pretty picky, but I miss being able to sit down and watch shows without having to break down how shots were composed or characters developed. Stay innocent in that realm unless you intend to produce.

I watched Remember The Titans after getting really high and thought it was fantastic when the group of high schoolers broke out into song and dance... pretty sure that was the only song and dance in the movie, like it didn’t make any sense so it was great.

Nothing wrong with that man. Just look at the Sharknado films. Being critical all the time and only exposing yourself to "Quality " films etc makes you a boring person in my opinion. The only films I do not watch are the ones adapted from Books/Tv shows that I love and which they totally massacred the original plot. Case point: Eragon,Avatar and DBZ and even then I tried to watch a little bit atleast

I can enjoy a bad movie, but at the same time I struggled to sit through black panther and the last jedi, probably because i had previous expectations and they were shat on, but with any old random movie I'll probably enjoy it

I'll enjoy about any movie if I'm watching it with someone else, like if I'm watching a Disney movie by myself I notice all the shit and lazy writing but if I watch a movie with my baby sister I'll enjoy no matter what

I love horrible movies, seeing someone use creativity in lieu of financial backing warms the cockles of my heart. Everyone knows “The room” but have you seen “birdemic”? That’s a cinematic abortion and I love it! I also love those crazy sci-fi movies from the 70’s and 80’s like “Krull” that movie is a one of a kind masterpiece.
